My Story and Mission
Read the above quote. Yes – that is my mission statement. But before I talk about my mission, and most importantly, how I can best assist you, let’s talk a little about my story.
As you already know, my name is Jacob Gray, and I am top earner and leader in the Direct Sales / Network Marketing Industry. And I get to work from home! 
I live in beautiful Southern California, and I am blessed with the opportunity to coach a team of home business owners.

Originally I’m from Texas. I graduated at the top of my class and went to the University of Texas to study Music. The goal was to be a music teacher. However, I just couldn’t come to terms with the fact that I would be doing awesome work for so little pay. That, coupled with my burning desire to pursue my love of acting and music composition, led me to drop out of college after one year and move to Hollywood, California! What can I say… I am a big dreamer and risk-taker.
Yes… I am a college drop-out… but so is Bill Gates, Michael Dell, David Geffen, and the list goes on. You see, I’ve always known that I would do something amazing with my life and give back to others. I just didn’t really know what amazing thing I would do, until recently.
So… I pursued acting with some success. But I didn’t like the idea of my acting career being for the most part in the hands of others (agents, casting directors, producers, etc.) I wanted to create something REAL for myself. So I got my California Real Estate License and dabbled in Real Estate for about a year. I made some decent money… of course I spent all of it quickly. You see, I didn’t know then two things I know now: how to leverage yourself via proven and effective marketing methods and how to wisely handle finances. Cold-calling to get clients was no longer something I wanted to do (who really does?) and plus I was very uncomfortable with the shady dealings of the industry — I saw the writing on the wall and got out before the bubble burst.
Next I took another sales position doing… guess what?! Cold-calling! Grrrr. And then I decided to find some administrative office work while I decided what to do next. At this point in my life things were not so great. Living 1500 miles away from a family that you love and never get to see due to financial limitations is very difficult. Also, I had accumulated about $70,000 in debt. I owed money to everyone! Even relatives!

However, luckily, I still had that burning desire to do something great with my life and give back to others. It’s also a really good thing for me that I am basically unemployable – I do NOT like working for others, only myself
The Beginning
One day I saw an infomercial from at that time a very popular company promoting very popular health products. This infomercial promoted working from home using their platform. I called the 800 #, talked to the person that became my sponsor, and I followed the plan. The idea was that you would purchase call credits to receive incoming calls for the infomercials that would normally go to their call center… so you could close the sale and receive a commission based on the customer‘s order. This company also threw in a network marketing component in which you could enroll Independent Business Owners under you and make a commission off their efforts, and so forth. At the time I thought this was GREAT!
Soon I discovered that there were two major flaws with this setup: MOST people cannot sell on the phone, or sell period… and by relying on incoming calls to make money (and at times I had to wait, and wait for a call) I was not leveraging my efforts to increase my income potential. It is of no surprise that this business endeavor no longer exists!
The Turning Point
All of these “failures” led to one of the most important discoveries of my life: marketing, or more specifically, how to market yourself and attract others. I knew that if I could learn marketing I could really accomplish anything with my business.
So I became a student of marketing. I read everything I could get my hands on. But I still knew that I had to pick the right product to market. I didn’t want to get involved in MLM because of the high attrition rate, the mickey mouse paychecks, the lack of proper business models AND marketing education, and I didn’t want to get involved with affiliate marketing, because the work involved usually outweighs the income that is produced.
Still, I was very interested in what the Internet could do for my marketing endeavors. I knew a lot of people were making a lot of money online. Think about it: marketing online allows you to leverage your efforts — you can work from anywhere you want, people can see your information at any time you want, and people will be ordering or signing-up at all hours of the day… even while you sleep!
I knew I had to find the right business model that utilizes online marketing AND that has an education platform that shows people HOW to market and WHAT it takes to become a successful online entrepreneur. In other words, I had to find something that had ALL of the components for success. I decided that the Top Tier, Direct Sales business model was what I was searching for. And then I was lucky enough to find the right opportunity that had all of the pieces put together.
The Solution
As a serious student of marketing… I can easily see through the B.S. Finally, I found an opportunity that was devoid of garbage.. ha! Seriously, from the get-go I was floored at the professionalism, transparency, and the training — the training that is provided is unparalleled in the online marketing industry. However, I did my due diligence and had all of my questions answered. After that, I was STILL impressed…. and even more eager to create a lifestyle that I wanted.
The beautiful thing was that there was a proven plan for success that Leaders before me had perfected. It was all laid out, from A to Z… all I had to do at that point was follow instructions and plug into the system (and learn some new valuable skills along the way). It is so amazing to utilize a system, and see results so quickly. It motivates you to keep going, and work even harder. And this system solves what has plagued others out there — it is setup so that you can create success much faster, and therefore more people stay plugged-in and don’t drop off.
Don’t get me wrong… I did have to work to get to this level. But the beauty is that I was never alone… help was an email or phone call away… actually the system has a back-office where most of the info you would ever need is located. And now… I am able to help others accomplish what I have done. That is the main reason behind it all. It is SO rewarding to shows others the way… the way to working smarter, and not harder!
But even with a system in place, it really is all about a mindset shift. From thinking like an employee to thinking like an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs believe in Systems and Leverage. If you do not believe that you cannot be successful as an online entrepreneur, then… you are right! Don’t waste your time unless you know you can conquer whatever is in your way.
Mindset + Leverage (online marketing) = Designing the lifestyle you want. It is about not trading time for dollars. It is about spending more time with family. Paying off debt. Saving money. Helping others create the lifestyle of their dreams.
